Advanced Reformer Exercises & Programming

Reformer 3 is the pinnacle of the Reformer work and includes advanced and super-advanced exercises. Challenge clients to achieve their best with progressive sequences designed to teach students advanced movement skills. In addition, our principle-based programming will guide you in creating safe and successful multi-level classes.

This module is offered in person only.

October 11-13, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 1-6:30 pm (16 hours)

Prerequisites: Reformer 1 and 2 or successful completion of a comparable Pilates Reformer program.
