This advanced classical Pilates reformer and mat class has a strong focus on the classical Pilates repertoire originally created by Joseph Pilates. This repertoire, tempo, rhythm, energy, transitions, and order of exercises were Joe’s vision of health. This class will reflect his version of Pilates at the advanced level.

Expect a strong full body and mind workout that will help deepen your knowledge of the original Pilates work.

Experience Level: Pilates experience and modification awareness is
recommended prior to taking a CONNECT class.

CONNECT classes are designed to help you improve your posture, technique, and core strength while using the Konnector® straps, a unique single-rope pulley system that enhances your Pilates experience
to a level unlike any other studio in town.

Our CONNECT classes are a full-body workout that provides continuous proprioceptive feedback and stronger core activation. We focus on functional movements, balance, and symmetry to ensure you
get a great workout and improve your daily life outside of the studio as well.

Our Restore Pilates reformer class is designed to help you stretch and mobilize your body through Pilates reformer exercises. Whether you’re a beginner or a Pilates enthusiast, this class is perfect for you. It’s also ideal for those who want to balance out their bodies from other sports and activities.

Flow

Flow

Our Flow Pilates reformer class is the heart of our West Austin Pilates studio. In our Flow classes, you will be in constant motion, flowing seamlessly from one exercise to the next.

Throughout the class, you will experience moments where you push yourself to the limit. However, we ensure your safety and comfort by gently guiding you to stretch your boundaries, discover your true potential, and witness positive changes in your physical and mental health.

Flow classes are designed for intermediate level participants, with modifications and advanced options provided as needed by our expert instructors. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including expectant mothers. If you have any injuries or health concerns, we recommend that you consult with us beforehand to ensure that Flow is the right fit for you.

Burn

Are you a seasoned Pilates pro looking for a challenge? Look no further than our Burn Pilates reformer classes!

Our Burn class is perfect for those without injuries and will give you an intense workout that is sure to make you break a sweat. You’ll learn advanced Pilates techniques and functional movement patterns, such as squats, lunges, and planks. We use the Pilates reformer to add an extra challenge to these common exercises, taking your workout to the next level. We’ll also use props like weights, magic circles, and bands to make the experience even more intense.

In just 50 minutes, you’ll feel energized and unstoppable. Please note that this class is challenging and recommended for those with some experience. If you’re new to Pilates or have injuries, we suggest trying a different signature class such as Connect, Flow, or Restore first.

This Pilates reformer class is the perfect way to take your fitness to the next level, with an exhilarating cardio Pilates workout that will leave you feeling energized and invigorated. Get ready to push your limits, sweat it out, and have fun as you work your entire body to achieve your fitness goals.

Bodhi Burn

Looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level? Look no further than our Bodhi Burn Class!

Our Bodhi Burn Pilates class is perfect for Pilates enthusiasts with an advanced fitness level, who enjoy challenging athletic conditioning classes. It’s one of our most advanced ALIGN Pilates classes on the schedule.

During the class, we spend half the time on the reformers and the other half using our unique Bodhi suspension system.

Using the Bodhi ropes, a four-point rope suspension system, we create a workout that challenges your stability and engages your core in new ways. We also incorporate our Burn class into the program to stimulate your muscle memory and push your muscles to the limit, leaving you sore for days.

If you have severe injuries, we do not recommend this class. Instead, we suggest trying one of our ALIGN, Flow, or Restore classes if you’re still recovering from an injury.

Our Classic Pilates Reformer class focuses on the traditional Pilates Repertoire created by Joseph Pilates himself. We maintain the temp, rhythm, energy, transitions, and order of exercises envisioned by Joe, thereby reflecting his vision of Pilates.

Expect a full-body and mind workout that will strengthen your understanding of the original Pilates work and leave you moving better, sleeping better, and feeling better overall.
